Shipping

• Free Collection: Collect your order from our home in Modiin, Israel, at no additional charge.

• Mail Delivery (Israel): For orders of more than two pairs of earrings, we offer delivery by mail within Israel for an additional 30 ₪‎.

All items are made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be made and shipped.
 

Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of new and unused products within 14 business days from the date you received your order. Please contact us to initiate a return authorization prior to mailing your items.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
